We are seeking a dynamic and organized Operations Manager to strengthen our organizational infrastructure and maximize the effectiveness of programs that advance disability inclusion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about social impact and disability rights
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a productive and accessible workspace for all employees and visitors.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs to maintain a professional and inclusive environment.
Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, reporting, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and NGO regulations.
Foster collaborations with organizations, stakeholders, and funding bodies to support program growth.
Lead preparation and submission of grant proposals, including research and coordination of RFPs.
Coordinate internal and external communications aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Assist with HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining personnel and volunteer records.
Develop and implement volunteer recruitment, training, and retention strategies.
Promote a disability-inclusive workplace and support accessibility best practices.
Support financial operations, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
Organize events, workshops, and team-building activities to foster collaboration.
Collaborate across teams to optimize workflows and volunteer engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of experience in office management, administration, or volunteer coordination within the nonprofit sector.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Experience in financial administration is a plus.
