EquallyAble’s Employment Programs are designed to empower people with disabilities to support themselves and their families with independence and dignity. These programs focus on small businesses that can be run out of a home or small storefront that does not require substantial capital.
It has been proven that given the right resources and opportunities, people with disabilities can be gainfully employed and manage small businesses that are designed with their abilities and needs in mind.
We are dedicated to promoting the full inclusion of people with disabilities in all aspects of the society. One of our main goals is to provide employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and we’ve got a lot of programs in place to achieve this.
One of the programs that we offer at EquallyAble is the Employment Support Program. This program provides individuals with disabilities with job readiness training and job search assistance. We also partner with employers to help connect them with qualified candidates with disabilities. This program is designed to help individuals with disabilities overcome the barriers they may face when seeking employment, such as a lack of job skills or discrimination.
Another program that EquallyAble offers is the Entrepreneurship Program. This program is designed to help individuals with disabilities start their own businesses. We provide interested individuals with business training and support, as well as funding to help get their businesses off the ground. This program is particularly beneficial for individuals with disabilities who may face barriers to traditional employment, as it offers them the opportunity to become self-employed and achieve financial independence.
EquallyAble is a non-profit organization that prides itself in providing people living with disabilities valuable resources that can set them up for a good employment, or even develop them to own small businesses to be able to earn a decent and dignified living.
