2021 marks a different milestone for EquallyAble, it is 20 years old now. This has been such an amazing journey chronicled around the pain and suffering of many and how together, with your encouragement and support, we have been able to give hope to thousands of people with disabilities around the world.
The last 20 years have been filled with gratitude, empathy, and optimism, that we are able to make possibilities what seemed like a distant reality and dream to those who lacked the resources and the grit to look for life beyond those struggles. To mark this milestone and to celebrate this moment, we are launching Impact20 which includes the following and much more:
- Share 20 stories from the last 20 years of beneficiaries who have had a profound impact in their lives due to your support and encouragement.
- Host quarterly virtual meetings to showcase the impact of our work and hear from our grantees, partners, and beneficiaries from around the world.
- Invited contributions from our grantees, partners, and beneficiaries to reflect on our journey, lesson learned, and the way forward.
- A new webpage is being created for Impact20 highlights, and will available in few days.
Together, we have come a long way, and we remain invested in our collective future. In the coming days, we will share a number of new initiates and programs being launched based on our 20 years of learning and impact.
